Broccoli & Garlic Penne Pasta! 
Made this a couple nights ago! Super easy and yummy too.
Recipe:
1 c Chicken Broth
2 Chicken Breasts, cubed and salted
Handful of basil leaves, chopped
Ground black pepper, to taste
Cayenne Pepper, to taste
1-2 tbs Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic (I loooove garlic)
Broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 lb bag of pasta
Fresh-squeezed lemon juice (I used half a lemon)
LOTS of Parmesan cheese

Oops. I just realized I forgot the directions… My bad! 
Here they are:
1. Cook pasta according to directions on the box/bag! Cook for around 1-2 minutes less than it says because you’re going to be cooking the pasta in the sauce later. 
2. Heat the olive oil in the pan, then throw in garlic and chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then throw in broccoli & chicken broth, put a lid on it and let it boil and cook for 3 minutes (or until broccoli is cooked). 
3. Throw in pasta! Then lemon juice! Then parm cheese! Then basil! Toss errthang and ta-da!
